Fabric Samples:

The fabric colours represented in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product. All images are taken in natural light but their appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer monitor. If fabric colour is important, be sure to order a free sample before you finalize your purchase online.

Fabric Availability:

All orders are subject to availability. Fabrics and patterns come and go quickly, and we try to update the website as often as we can. We will let you know right away if there is any shortage or delay. Please note that our fabrics are sold by the meter (Canada is a metric country) and we have a half meter (0.5m) minimum.


Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and package dimension since we ship via Canada Post. If we have a tracking number for your package, it will be provided through an e-mail confirmation.

Please note that for shipments outside of Canada, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged to you upon delivery.
Shipments to destinations outside of North America can take 3 months or more for delivery.

We can estimate shipping times but these are approximate. We are not responsible transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CND).

Refunds or Exchanges:

We don’t offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabric has been cut. If you are not sure if the fabric online is the correct colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a free sample or contact us before you make your purchase. The colour of our online samples may vary in appearance between computer monitors, so if colour is critical, contact us before purchase.

Please double check the shipping address you provide us so we can make sure your fabric gets to you!  If this information is incorrect, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on your purchase.

If the product is damaged or we have sent the wrong product, we will refund both the product and postage fee (if applicable). Please contact us via email ([email protected]) or by phone (250.389.1312) within 5 days of product receipt in order for us to correct our error.

Please note that all pattern purchases are final.
